POLICY

Guarantee: Our goal is to provide you with quality authentic artifacts. All of our artifacts are guaranteed authentic unless specifically noted otherwise. You may return any artifact you receive from PAPERED POINTS within 15 days of purchase to receive a full refund for the purchase price. The shipping and handling will not be reimbursed.

Shipping, handling, and insurance: Shipping fees for arrowheads are $6.00 per item up to a $100.00 purchase. The buyer will pay for any additional insurance costs beyond this amount. Shipping pottery requires special packaging. Therefore, the fees for pottery need to be arranged at the time of purchase.

Reserving an item: We will reserve an item upon your request for up to 7 days. A 10% deposit will be required to hold an item for a longer period, 30 days maximum.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

PAYPAL: We accept Credit Card and Electronic Check payments through PAYPAL. It's fast, free, and secure.

Before sending payment: Please be sure to contact us to ensure item availability. We will give you proper mailing address or email address for PayPal payments at that time.

Money Orders/Cashier's Checks: We accept payments by Money Orders and Cashier's Checks. Please contact us to reserve item, for mailing address, and payment total.

Personal checks: Our banking institution requires a 7-10 day waiting period before we are guaranteed the deposit of personal checks. All orders paid for by personal checks will be held and shipped after the check has cleared our bank.
